Neisha is the Founder and Legal Director of NLS Law.
Neisha has represented people in difficult legal matters with significant successes, which includes cases in the High Court of Australia, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of NSW, the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia, District Court of NSW, Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Children's Court of NSW, Local Court of NSW.
Neisha practices in the area of Children's law, Family Law, Criminal law, Defamation, Personal Injury (sexual abuse matters, claims against the State, bullying, institutional abuse), Discrimination, Human Rights and Immigration Law.
Neisha has extensive experience in working in the area of Family Law including complex financial/property as well as parenting matters in Australia and also matters that involve international relocation or property.
Neisha is committed to providing support and legal assistance for women who are affected by family violence or discrimination.
Neisha is a Registered Migration Agent (MARN 1464515) and assists clients in resolving their immigration issues including applications for humanitarian visa’s.
Neisha is committed to human rights and social justice and provides pro bono legal services in her practice, she has established and provided support to community programs and worked with remote indigenous communities. Neisha on a probono basis was the Co-Founder and Director of Sinchi an international human rights organisation in Europe whose mandate is to promote indigenous culture around the world as part of this organisation Neisha developed an international Corporate Social Responsibility program.
Neisha speaks at national and international conferences as well as invited to speak on radio and television about human rights, children’s rights and family law issues.
Neisha also lectures at University level about children and family law issues. Neisha was nominated in 2011 for the NSW Justice Medal as a result of her contribution to Children and Family Law.

Alan Arnold has over 40 years experience in the legal industry. Alan can take care of a broad range of issues for you or your business, including Family Law (Property and Children), Parenting Orders, Binding Financial Agreements, Buying or Selling Property and Business, Business Leases, Wills and Estate Planning, Powers of Attorney and Enduring Guardianships.
Jessica is admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. Jessica works in the area of Family Law, Children’s Law, Institutional Abuse and Discrimination. Jessica appears in the Family Court of Australia, Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Human Rights Commission, District Court of NSW, Supreme Court of NSW and the Children’s Court of NSW. Jessica has assisted in appeals in the High Court of Australia and Full Court of the Family Court of Australia. Jessica has dealt with some very complex family law parenting and property matters as well as complex matters concerning institutional abuse, sexual harassment in the work place and discrimination matters. Jessica also provides probono legal advice clinics for victims of Family Violence.
Jessica’s commitment to human rights and social justice is an asset to NLS Law. She is passionate about her work, listens to her clients and delivers legal services that provides effective outcomes.
Jessica has attained a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours), Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice and a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Newcastle.
Lucy is admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and was admitted to the High Court of Australia. Lucy works in the area of Personal Injury (Negligence matters) and Victims Compensation. Lucy has worked with NLS Law part-time for 8 years and has developed extensive experience in her area of law. Lucy is passionate about achieving better outcomes for young people in care and is committed to human rights and social justice. Lucy has achieved successful outcomes for young people in care through Victims Compensation and continues to do so. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Law and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice.
Ayden is a Law Clerk at NLS Law and is currently undertaking his Bachelor Laws and Bachelor of Communications. Ayden has experience in all aspects of administration, marketing, managing social media platforms of the practice. Ayden is dedicated completing his studies and transitioning into a full time role as a Solicitor.
Ayden is also a photographer and has had significant achievements with his photography including international contracts, exhibitions, achievement of photography awards, retained for professional shoots and his work has been published in Australia and Internationally. Ayden was invited to attend a World Youth Leadership Conference in the USA for his ability to use photography to promote Human Rights. Ayden was commissioned for the photographic series: “It hurts me Too – Family Violence.” Ayden was commissioned for the photographic series regarding child asylum seekers; “What would you do if this was your child” his work was shown at the International Conference, 25 years on the Rights of the Child in the Netherlands. Ayden was also commissioned in 2016 to do a series documenting culture, strength and resilience of remote indigenous Australia. More recently Ayden for photographic series: “Why I rise” a story about belonging and identity for Young People in Foster Care was exhibited as part of Art Express.
Ayden believes that the opportunity to promote human rights and social justice through both photography and law is an important part of his future.
Sam is currently completing a Bachelor of Music at the University of Newcastle Australia, majoring in Guitar and Song Writing.
He has been apart of the NLS Law team for over a year and is a dedicated, young and talented worker. He adds a creative flare to the NLS Law team.
Sam has experience in all areas of Administration, his dedicated and thorough practice allows him to assist in all areas of work he undertakes.
Sam also has a passion for collaborating with many emerging local artists, exploring and expanding his musical style and talent. He has written numerous songs and continues to explore his musical passion whilst working with NLS Law. He is constantly working on new projects, including solo works and collaborations.
Sam spends his spare time assisting high school students, tutoring children from years 7-12 in areas of English and Music studies.
